Modern Institute for Training of Trainers

Economic growth for spring of a Nation’s overall development requires not only physical resources and technical facilities but also the human resources to exploit the technologies properly. For overall economic growth and speedy development, “Human Capital” or “Human Infrastructure” is important as any other infrastructure, Technology and skill, which play a prominent role in productive process, need properly qualified and trained Instructors in order to trained the I.T.I students under Craftsman Training Scheme. Trained Instructors are also required in schools, Polytechnics& Engineering collages for practical training of students in workshop.

Presently Instructor are trained under the Craft Instructor Training Scheme (CITS)in the field Institutes of DGE&T. As on date field Institutes of DGE&T (1 CTI, 5 ATI,s 1 NVTI & 12 RVTIs) have facility for imparting the Instructor Training in 27 trades(59 modules)out of 121 trades. The gross capacity of these institutes is around 1600 Instructors per annum.

The demand for qualified Instructors is huge as compared with the gross capacity of Instructor training of DGE&T field Institutes. Thus the present Instructor requirement for  the two major schemes of DGE&T (CTS & ATS) is more then 70,000 and additional demand for these two schemes is 10,000 instructors per annum. Keeping in view the above a strong need was felt to open an ITOT in Himachal Pradesh situated at Vill. Bhangola PO Dhwala Teh. Dehra Distt. Kangra (H.P.) named as Modern Pvt. Institute for Training of Trainers by the Prag. Educational Trust which is already imparting Technical Education since 1996 in H.P. we further assure that we shall not rest our oars or motto like Ulysses would be —-“to strive, to seek, to find and not to yield.”  for that, we pray for God’s Blessings and solicit cooperation for all well wishers.  We also express our sincere gratitude for those who have helped to strengthen our hands for the attainment of our goal.
